Shipping Policy
Take 2 - Art Studios ships to addresses within the Continental USA, including PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Ground Shipping is Free.
If you require other shipping methods, please contact us to make those arrangements.
All delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and are estimates provided by the carrier. If you have a delivery question, you may contact the carrier directly.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 3-5 business days of the order date. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or major holidays. When your order has shipped, you will be notified by email and provided with a tracking number for your shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at take2-artstudios.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RNA number place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please Note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly suggest that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 7-10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Take 2 - Art Studios will notify you by email when your return has been processed. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for all regular returns.
