Creative experimentation has been a huge part of my life since I was a child, always asking “what happens if I do this or add that.” This has led me to try and mix many different mediums and techniques. I’ve been fortunate to study with several renowned artists in the U.S. as well as in Europe while living in Italy for 16 years. I’ve enjoyed sharing what I’ve learned and discovered, teaching classes and workshops for 35 years, helping others experience the joy of creative discovery. 

I’m passionate about color and texture and I take inspiration from nature and my travels. A lot of my work evolves from a closer look at the world around me and I interpret that in an abstract or impressionistic way. I believe art is a journey so I’m always experimenting with new techniques and materials. I hope you will find joy in my explorations and end results.
